World Class Fitness in 100 Words!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

Regularly learn and play new sports.

Getting Started

So you want to know how to start training at CrossFit BluePrint Miami?

It is very easy. First, click here to view our up to date trainining schedule and find a time that works for you.

If you are new to the CrossFit training methodology, new to CrossFit BluePrint Miami, or just want to train at our facility to try it out, the good news is your first 3 sessions are free :)

GROUP TRAINING

All the training sessions are in a group setting which forges camaraderie and brings performance to a whole new level through competition.

Each and every single training session will include:

  • A dynamic warm up
  • Skill acquistion or skill practice.
  • Strength/Core Micro W.O.D.
  • CrossFit BluePrint Miami WOD( Workout of Day)
  • Cool Down

Training sessions usually last from 45 minutes to an hour.
