If you are new to the CrossFit training methodology, new to CrossFit BluePrint Miami, or just want to train at our facility to try it out, the good news is your first 3 sessions are free
GROUP TRAINING
All the training sessions are in a group setting which forges camaraderie and brings performance to a whole new level through competition.
Each and every single training session will include:
- A dynamic warm up
- Skill acquistion or skill practice.
- Strength/Core Micro W.O.D.
- CrossFit BluePrint Miami WOD( Workout of Day)
- Cool Down
Training sessions usually last from 45 minutes to an hour.
