Training sessions at CrossFit BluePrint Miami take between 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
If you are new to CrossFit BluePrint Miami you will have to attend 3 days of CrossFit BluePrint Miami 101 classes which will have around 20 minutes of CrossFit theory, how we train and the results you can expect. This is followed by 20 minutes of skill/technique work where we will teach you several fundamental lifts and the technique behind them. Lastly, the fun stuff, we get to have fun and CrossFit BluePrint Miami WOD(Workout of the Day).
