World Class Fitness in 100 Words!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

Regularly learn and play new sports.

Schedule

Training sessions at CrossFit BluePrint Miami take between 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

If you are new to CrossFit BluePrint Miami you will have to attend 3 days of CrossFit BluePrint Miami 101 classes which will have around 20 minutes of CrossFit theory, how we train and the results you can expect. This is followed by 20 minutes of skill/technique work  where we will teach you several fundamental lifts and the technique behind them. Lastly, the fun stuff, we get to have fun and CrossFit BluePrint Miami WOD(Workout of the Day).

The training sessions start on time:

4:30 PM Open Gym
5:30 PM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class
7:00 PM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class
8:15PM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class

Friday
4:30 PM Open Gym
5:30 PM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class
7:00 PM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class

Saturday
11:00 AM CrossFit BluePrint Miami Group Class

Sunday
Rest Day

As our athlete base increases we will be opening training sessions at different times of the day.
